This Shipping Policy explains processing times, shipping options, costs, delivery expectations, tracking, and how to get help with your order from Forzarocket.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays; orders placed after our daily cutoff may begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods (product drops, holiday sales), processing may take longer; any extended lead times will be communicated on the site when possible.
2) Shipping areas
We ship from our fulfillment locations to the destinations shown at checkout; availability and carrier options may vary by country and region.
If your location is not available at checkout, contact us and we will try to help with a custom solution where feasible.
3) Shipping options and costs
- Standard shipping: economical service with estimated delivery windows shown at checkout.
- Expedited shipping: faster services where available; costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method.
- Free shipping threshold: if offered, the minimum cart value and eligible regions will be stated at checkout and promotional banners.
Final rates are displayed at checkout and may reflect carrier‑calculated or flat‑rate pricing depending on your cart and address.
4) Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and start after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier; estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or customs delays.
Weather events, carrier capacity, and seasonal surges can extend transit times beyond estimates; thank you for your patience during these rare disruptions.
5) Order tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking details is sent when your order departs our facility; tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier first scans your parcel.
For multi‑item orders, items may ship separately with individual tracking numbers when faster fulfillment is possible.
6) Address accuracy and delivery issues
Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout; we aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, and re‑shipping fees may apply.
If an order is returned as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange re‑shipment (fees may apply) or a refund minus original shipping where applicable.
7) PO boxes, APO/FPO, and restricted addresses
We do not deliver to PO boxes, APO/FPO, or certain remote addresses; if a chosen method is unavailable, we may contact you to adjust the shipping option.
8) International shipping and duties
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and clearance fees assessed by destination customs authorities.
Customs inspections can add variable delays beyond our control; carriers will not complete delivery until required fees are paid.
9) Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office, then contact us for assistance.
Report damage or loss to us within 7 days of delivery or the last scan so we can help file a carrier claim; photos of packaging and items may be required.
Risk of loss passes to the carrier upon handoff in most services; resolution timelines and outcomes depend on carrier policies and claim approvals.
10) Preorders and backorders
Preorder and backorder items ship on or after the estimated release or restock date provided on the product page; mixed carts may ship in multiple parcels.
11) Signature requirements
For high‑value shipments, we may add a signature requirement at our discretion; please contact support before placing your order if you need this service.
12) Holiday and peak‑season notes
Carrier networks experience higher‑than‑normal volumes during peak seasons which can extend both processing and transit times beyond estimates.
13) Local delivery or pickup
If local delivery or pickup becomes available, eligible zip codes or pickup instructions will be shown at checkout and on the product page.
14) Changes to this policy
We may update this Shipping Policy to reflect operational or carrier changes; any revisions apply to orders placed after the “Effective date” above unless stated otherwise.
